Abu, Ismail Ejoor is the Business Head/CEO, Power Sector & Infrastructure. He is  responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Power Sector Division of Vigeo Holdings. His role includes the management of the Procurement, Technical Operations and Alternative Energy (Solar, Wind, etc) businesses as well as Business Development activities under the Power Sector Division.

He is also responsible for identifying new business initiatives in the industry, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the Division.

Abu Ejoor holds a B.Sc., Business Management from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MBA (Finance) and M.Sc. Economics, University of Lagos, Akoka. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Member, Chartered Institute of Management and Fellow, Institute of Governance and Management. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Public Private Partnership (IP3), Washington and Lagos Business School.

Abu has been consulting for the Distribution Companies of PHCN since 2002. He was one of the pioneer private sector players in the Power Sector through his involvement in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). He is involved in the National Pre-paid Metering Program (NPPMP), Benin zone. Under the program, Global Utilities Management Company Limited installed about 150,000 prepaid meters within two years, a feat not known anywhere in the world.

Until his recent appointment, he was the General Manager, and responsible for the management of the various projects undertaken by Global Utilities Management Company Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for Vigeo Holdings operations in the power sector.  He is known in the power sector for his skills in Project Finance, Financial Modelling and Energy Accounting.
